Servlutions provides pay-per-appointment lead generation services for concrete contractors. We connect contractors with pre-qualified homeowners interested in concrete work. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, sales conversions, or revenue.
You agree to pay the fees outlined at the time of booking. Pay-per-appointment fees apply only when a qualified homeowner shows up for a scheduled estimate. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
You agree to respond to leads promptly, conduct yourself professionally, and honor scheduled appointments. Failure to do so may result in suspension of services without refund.
Servlutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 30 days.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
